Last week, I had the honor of being the third in a series of webinars to present “Digital Diligence” in this year’s Medialog on the Propaganda Project, sponsored by the Media Education Laboratory (University of Rhode Island, USA), the Media Education and Educational Technology Lab (University of Würzburg, Germany), the US Embassy Berlin, Public Affairs Section (PAS) and Media literacy now.

In this webinar, you will learn more about “digital diligence” – an attentive, conscious mindset that helps teachers and students use technology productively, ethically, and responsibly. Discuss with us how to improve the skills of young people to protect online privacy, minimize digital distraction, break through “filter bubbles”, promote civil conversation, analyze information on the Internet, create meaningful digital documents and can strengthen intensive engagement with multimedia texts.
